(This deposit is also a property/security bond for your stay and will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure providing no damages or excessive cleaning is required.)

Refunds depend on when you give notice about your intended cancellation:

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

Gindabara is a great place to kick back with friends — but not late into the night! We are a small island with a residential neighbourhood so, out of respect, please keep it quiet from 10pm to 7am.

We need to consider the bush stone-curlews and other wildlife.

Small indoor pets may be considered to stay with you. Please enquire when you phone to book your holiday accommodation at Gindabara. If you do bring a dog there is a flat rate of $60 per dog.
