When you book Gindabara, you hire the whole venue — no other groups will be there at the same time. Along with privacy, your family or group event will have full access to the facilities.

Our well-equipped kitchen within the Heritage Hall includes:

The Heritage Hall
Gindabara’s Main Hall has the ambience of large homely lounge room with comfy chairs for reading or catching up with friends or family, plus a table and chairs for dining or discussions.
Screened verandah — suitable as an additional dining area!
The screened verandah, next to the kitchen, is the perfect size for table and chairs for dining — either formally or informally.
Games/Bunk House and barbeque
There’s also a stack of board games to choose from, cricket bats and balls, so there’s something for everyone who’s into games, competition, or just having fun.
The covered barbeque area, in front of the Games Room, includes tables and chairs for eating and socialising.

Inside the Games/Bunk House there’s plenty of space. Set it up to suit your group’s activities!

There’s a well-equipped laundry at the back of the Games Room with 2 large washing machines, clothes dryer, and ironing board. There’s even a shower in the laundry.
You’ll find a third large washing machine in The Cottage!

Situated on a leafy one-acre block with plenty of grassy areas, there’s no shortage of space for your family or group when you stay at Gindabara. You’ll love the parkland feel of the property that’s large enough to have quiet space or set up a unique outdoor dining experience! A firepit invites a cosy chat around the fire as dusk turns to night.
The kids and those young-at-heart will have the opportunity to kick a ball or play backyard cricket.
Keep an eye out for the curlews behind the cabins and the kookaburras up above!
